- Location Information: Used to calculate distance and direction between paired users
- Device Identifier and Display Name: Used to identify the device, show your name, and keep your session
- Pairing Code: Used to establish connections between users
2. Information Use
We use collected information solely for:
- Displaying distance and direction between paired users
- Recording time spent together
- Providing core app functionality
3. Information Storage
- The server stores your latest reported location, update time, device identifier, display name, and current pairing relationship to provide direction and distance features
- The server stores together-session start and end timestamps for the timeline view
- Unpairing clears the current pairing relationship and ends any active together session, but does not automatically delete the account or historical records
- We do not share your location information with any third parties
4. Permissions
Location Permission
- When In Use: To access your current location
- Always: For background location updates to track time together
- You can revoke location permission anytime in system settings
5. Data Security
- All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption
- We store only the latest location data and together-time records required to provide the service
- We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your data
6. Data Deletion
You can at any time:
- Delete your account and associated server-side data directly within the app
- Unpair to clear the current pairing relationship
- Uninstall the app to delete local data
- Contact us if you need additional help with data deletion
7. Children's Privacy
This app is not directed to children under 13. If we discover we have collected information from children under 13, we will delete such information immediately.
8. Policy Updates
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Updated policies will be posted on this page, and significant changes will be notified within the app.
